How to thumbpull to avoid overbite

How do I thumbpull so I avoid a overbite when pressing forward on my upper palate?. Do I thumbpull the mandible too?

It has worked for me, at least in expanding my palate

nothing happened, except end of my palate (near upper teeth area) got deeper.
And i had small visible upward bump in the lower palate/lower maxilla area which was visible in my face.

You didn´t do a shit I did it for 2months and it´s 90% cope if you want to actually ascend.

I popped my maxilla in 2-3 months yea I did keep coping but I have stopped recently I am gonna to try to get a actually expander lol
