Yeah I agree that you always add bones first and then do the soft stuff, but I was wondering how much of a change I can expect from implants only.

Infras will barely change anything, lower lid retraction is like 3k and squinting is free.

If you add more size in the implants it's impossible they won't make a difference. Maybe your implants just were too conservative.

My implants were conservative but you saw my face, i always had naturally tight lower lids so idgaf abt this. You can see on misc’s case however that he probably got the biggest infra saddle of all time and it barely made a difference.

Idk bro, i’m just referring to the results that i saw. Misc’s eye area was death tier but even 2 weeks post op when there’s still a bit of swelling it looked like before/barely any different.
