how to train my hyiod and get rid of face fat around my jawline

i have some face fat around my ramus which i didn't have a few months before and im also bulking so this may be the reason but does anyone know something that isnt cope and has fast effects. i started doing neck curls and chin tucks and will see if i get good results

Lower bf %, the only way. Bulk up and then lean down, you'll have really nice muscles after.

Keep doing neck exercises that burn, consistency is what matters when you train any muscle in the body

clean bulk and do proper cardio stay at a relatively low bodyfat
make sure you're not getting bloated from excess sodium & sugar from junk food / processed carbs / dehydration
prioritise building muscle so get enough protein
neck training / chin tucks can help with posture, pretty sure neck training is a good voicemax too
dont bulk too aggresively unless youre like skin and bone and cut after

diet + training burns calories and thus fat
yea but training your hyoid wont remove any jaw fat at all and doing it for 1 hour light burn 20 calories

Chin tucks and progressive overload on chin tucks

I agree just another thing to add when you bulk don’t go overboard with it otherwise you’ll just end up gaining fat and minimal muscle, you shouldn’t go overboard with cutting either, if you cut too aggressively sure you’ll lose fat but you’ll end up loosing muscle as well making bulking a complete waste of time.
