Read the "neck" section

Lay on your bed, with the head hanging out and do the neck exercises. You can add a 6-10+lbs bottle of whatever for weights. Many reps, short resting times. Do dynamical stretches before.
I doubt you need much more than this for the next month.

Buy bands

Have you tried it? Looks way better than weights, way better than isometric. If it is good indeed, it's strange it ain't on bodybuilding.com's neck exercise list.

I have just ordered it. I heard it's pretty safe

I have weights and the head gear, but it seemed damned unsafe.
I have tried isometric, but never got the hang of it.
I have bands, previously used for pull-ups.

So I've got the gear. Just need the motivation.

I used to do this

Used to, but got neck pain and clicking sounds when turning the head. I wasn't sure if it was due to shoe lifts fucking up the posture or the weight neck exercise, or neither. Anyway, I stopped both and the neck went back to normal.

Bands are recommended to PREVENT whiplack and such. Fuckings beautiful.

I used to get neck problems when using weight plates. But this seems to work to the contrary, being good generally for the neck.

There are variations band neck exercise

Only band, using legs to hold the band down

Only thin band, with some head turning as well

Only band, attaching it to something fixed

Plus the one you linked to. I tried that, and it was easy and fun, like a relaxing exercise between other sets.

grab a water bottle fill it with water lay on bed and train neck with bottle weight :feelsyay:

Tried them all now, and the one in #17 is the best by far. Most fun, most resistance and most comfortable.

I put my neck on the edge of a chair and then flex my knees, lift my torso and put all the weight on my neck

how can I fasten weight to helmet
don't think glue works

Neck Bridges, no you wont break your neck. Looks at any wrestlers neck, all built on neck bridges. Oh it's true!

Head harness recommendations are appreciated. I've used one from aliexpress, but it's cases abrasion, so I'll prolly have to use it with a beanie.

Some clicking noises in the neck today, having just used the equipment twice. But it's a low noise and has just come twice, so counting on it'll disappear.
