deadlifts and shrugs
Are you sure ? Isn't that for traps only ?

If you just do insane amounts of shrugs for some months, you will have good traps but skinny neck right ?

I don't think training neck muscles specifically is worth it at all unless you actually do it for a practical use like boxing. Just wasted time. Every minute you spent training your neck for tiny results is a minute spent not training to improve your frame.

it takes like 20 mins 3 times a week lmao
even if you did it everyday it would take less than 5% of your day
and its the only muscle visible all the time even while wearing clothes

Neck curls and Next extensions.4 weeks of doing them and I already see some good improvement.

Holy shit bro you aren't joking right ?
He’s not, it takes about 2-3 weeks to see results.
I just do one set every day, it’s like a 2-3 minute set of continuous tension, but trust me, that’s all you need.

I do a 100 neck up and downs .first set will be focused on myself pushing the neck down and raising all the way up ..

Second set again 100s but this time I will bend my back a big and put my face paralle to the ground and raise my head all the way up ..remember only neck should move and full stretch ..and then I will finish it off with looking right all the way and looking left all the way do 50-50 on both sides ..

You can geadually also add weights ingi this exercise ..which MMA fighters do to keep their china strong so they don't get knocked out ..but a neck harness and add weights and pull them with your head ..

Also yeah while shrugs don't really focus on the neck ..the muscles around the neck aka traps do have this illusion of making your neck look big ..I went from 13 inches to 16 inches in 1 year ..my goal is 20 inches ...some people aren't that genetically blessed in the neck region and you have to compensate for it by working it

The neck protects the most important part of the human body. It has the highest concentration of androgen receptors meaning it will react to hormones and exercise faster than any other group. You don't need weights at all to do neck curls and get a thick neck in a couple of weeks. It has to be able to adapt rapidly or else the risk of death in combat by kinetic force to the cranium increases exponentially. So natural selection chose for rapidly adapting muscles in that area, making the neck the most attractive muscle group.

Wait bro, but how do you do neck curls then ? Without anything ?

Yes, the weight of the head is enough, especially if you have a sedentary lifestyle/ job/school and aren't in motion all day, as your neck is probably underdeveloped. Our hunter gatherer ancestors had a very active lifestyle so their necks had to develop along side their normal activities, and they certainly didn't have time for isolated neck training.

Could I grow the size of my neck in 3 months doing neck curls ?

And if I do them every day for 3 months will it make my neck grow faster ?

What do you feel about neck bridges ?

Of course

Faster than what? Not doing it every day? Yeah. You should train the neck every day it is the muscle group with the shortest recovery time required.

Haven't done them. I wouldn't advise it tbh, seem unnecessarily risky especially if you're a novice with a underdeveloped neck. Ask a martial arts or boxing coach since fighters seem to incorporate it into their routine. Neck curls are more than enough in my experience. Also optimise your testosterone levels since neck size is linked to it and responds rapidly to androgens.
