How to train the muscle around the mouth?

Ive seen when some people have a very developed muscle around the mouth and it ecentuates hollow cheeks and just looks ovr better imo, how can i train this muscle?

Lol no training will do that. Get surgery and/or lose fat

That doesnt make sense if i can just give the mussclw mechanical tension it will grow

try exercises (cheek vacuum/O to smile/cheek pulses) also make sure that u have good posture, hydration and low body fat

Tell me how youre going to give whatever muscles around your mouth area adequate stimulus to even grow? And theyre so many other factors here that just makes this whole thing stupid

Tell me how youre going to give whatever muscles around your mouth area adequate stimulus to even grow? And theyre so many other factors here that just makes this whole thing stupid

I know its very mich possibly because pretty much everyone that plays a blowing instrument and is relatively lean have it, so its 100%possible to grow it i just dont wanna have to buy a trombone
