Then close ur mouth and try to breathe in through ur mouth. when u do this u should feel ur neck retract.u r basically holding ur breathe and keeping that constant internal pressure. you cant do it for very long but very good for photos or when a stacy is walking by🤣 ur neck literally creates a vacuum like look removing all the fat. if that description doesn’t work lmk ill try and make it again im hella fried rn.

try to learn how to lower the hyoid bone, look for videos on that first. I gained more control over it when i began chin tucks. You’ll know if you are doing it right if you feel ur adams apple drop. just stare in the mirror for a while doing it and i promise you’ll get it eventually. the difference is insane

don’t give up btw if u don’t get it at first, look at the difference. when i was a high body fat percentage the difference was even more insane this is just from right now. see how my neck and jaw are like outlined and clearly visible. completely eliminates a double chin when looking down as well if you struggle with that

Yesh but you dont have to close your mouth and you can do it while breathing and I can hold it for awhile only thing is its a lile harder o talk but I can do everything else
