Go to a good dermatologist that offers a whole bunch of different things and ask them what they recommend. I have seen good results with a few sessions of laser, and a few more sessions of microneedling. Also, Rx tret is also really nice to smooth the skin.
But yeah, ask a dermatologist to see what they recommend. I had severe scaring, and it's gotten a lot better with RF microneedling especially.
