How to treat hormonal/puberty acne

I've had a simple skincare routine(cleanse+moisturize+spf) and have used tret for 8 months. I've upped the dose to .05 about a month ago, but I'm seeing minimal results in getting rid of it. It has helped prevent new acne tho. I cut out sugar for a month and a half, but I stopped after I didn't see results.

Is Accutane the only option left, or is there something else I can do?
