How to fix this , only think I’ve thought of is Botox but where to inject cause this is different from a lip flip . Also this is niche asf cause I haven’t seen anyone talk about it so it’s a really unknown topic

Could be multiple causes , it’s just an overtrained muscle , idk when or how I trained it it just grew , and jt’s not related to filler migration cause that’s another thing and filler tends to migrate downwards also I’ve never had filler , as I said this is just and overtrained muscle but I need someone to help me determine where Botox should be injected to atrophy the muscle safely
