How to treat lumps under the skin from hylauron?

I had a hyaluron injection in my nasolabial folds 2 years ago and it gave me 3 hard lumps under the skin in that areas. Fortunately they were are not visible, you can only feel them with touching.

2 of them went away after I put a lot of pressure of them. They plopped

But one is still there, I tend to touch it always and it sucks.

How to make it gone? I don‘t want to inject hylase because of the side effects.
