when should i start applying it to my nose and all areas i read i should avoid eyes mouth and nostrils and i am wondering if or when i should start applying in those areas

first of all never use that title again
pea sized drops and avoid nostrils
you get that whole idea but i recommend using it 2-4 times at night per week if you’re starting then gradually increase as your skin eventually builds enough tolerance
