How to truly know if I have mental retardation

I’ve been realizing how slow I am compared to most humans. Also, I speak slurred and can’t drive a car and am too dumb for most jobs.

Do I have a super low IQ or is this something deeper like infant brain damage that extended past my youth or mental retardation?
