How to turn raw glutathione powder into liquid?

I wouldn't make an injectable though. Get a nebulizer and either inhale it or boof it

thought it can dissolve in sterile water only, like just putting 1g glutathione per 1ml sterile water, then let it dissolve and put that in a serum

why do u prefer nebulizer over injectable? Is it more bioavailable
