But I was shunned/ignored grades 1-8 and forced to be alone. The effects still persist. It gets better if you just overexpose yourself to social interaction and stop taking life too seriously, view it almost like a game.

Revenge - there are a few books about this, I remember how back in the early 2000s it was a pretty hot subject on the Internet, there were several sites, blogs and forums, people were discussing methods on how to get back at their bullies, then the whole thing almost disappeared and was purged from the Internet when social media started to become popular.
This is pretty baffling, since social media provides basically even more opportunities to fuck with someone, you can easily find your school bullies even after decades - see where they live, where they work, what car they have, where they spend their free time, etc...
Back in the old days this info was pretty hard to find, you would have to work like a detective and make a lot of effort just to pull some small pranks on your target, now you could do a lot of damage to someone just from your computer at home.
