ngl ur fine but u could try selank semax anb start with with memory exercises and just in general hard excercises but raising ur iq is pretty hard since its mostly genetical and u might reach 110 max max max if ur really lucky but yea

I think it depends on the person though, I personally believe being NT is a curse. I could be a fucking ugly manlet that doesn't know how to improve myself in any way while simultaneously following routines and not giving a fuck when they're broken.
