How to unstraighten straight hair

My hair has always been mostly straight and i hate how it looks, especially because i have long hair. I’ve bought texture powder and i’ve tried using an hair dryer and i only shampoo 2 days a week, yet it’s still straight as fuck. How do i make it less straight and give it a more fluffy look?

Mayby don’t shampoo i stopped and only use water to clean my hair now cause shampoo makes it flat asf, also powder is pretty shit use clay.

Unfortunately the only way to get that "fluffy look" is to perm it. Perming is the worst thing you can do for your hair health so I'd advise against it but it's up to you.
