Yeah bro I was the one that created the vaseline technique, or thats what I think cause at the time I was doing it nobody adviced me on doing it. Even tho rn I dont even use it

Go for the upper with the small brush and then put some small amount of product in your finger tips and apply it in the lower ones.

If you do not want to risk any orbital fat loss (bc applying on lower lashes is more dangerous) just apply on upper like I explained in the thread, it will still grow both, the upper and the lower
