how to use college loans for hardmax

im only getting loaned 3k a year for college, so i think i can get more (my college is cheap) what loans do i apply for to be able to have free use of the loan so its not directly into my tuition. i need 5k for a rhino.

Fafsa limit is 5.5k first year so take out the max.

yeah so it wouldnt really work, unless i pay off everything first, and then apply for a refund, but that could be considered misuse of the loans if they find out i dont use it on education
