Considering any surgery besides LL is in the 3k-10k range this is stupid id rather save up, it’s great to get LL but that’s the only case id do this tbh

Not really. The loans will be used to cover classes you’ll get the extra reimbursed into your checking account. So yes this idea is flawed in a sense because you won’t get the money all handed to you. It will go to the school which will cover your cost of attendance, dorming, food etc. the. U get the left over if you choose to do so. Usually it’s nothing or better put nothing compared tot he surgeries you guys look for.
