How to Use HCG

How do I use HCG?
I was going to use it my whole cycle dosing at 300iu 3x weekly however I’ve heard it’s only beneficial on cycle to keep fertility and prevent testicular atrophy, both factors which I couldn’t care less about on cycle. Keep in mind I do want fertility and no testicular atrophy in the long run and I hopefully want my natural levels to return after cycle.

I didn't have a good experience with hcg, and you don't need it
you only need it if you want to be fertile *during the cycle*
if you don't take hcg, and you let your testes atrophy (and they don't atrophy fully), once you stop and pct, you will restore hpta and fertility

I also heard it makes it easier to come off cycle is that true?

well hcg will restart your HPTA, and your balls produce all kinds of hormones
so it can be difficult to get e2 under control, or you may run into issues with some of the other hormones
for me it threw me off mentally, so prepare to have a significant period while you dial in, since it if you're dialed in now, hcg will just fuck it up and you'll have to re-test and find the correct dosages again

it's not necessary, and it complicates the cycle, so as a beginner you should steer clear for now

If you have an experienced guy/doctor helping you with your cycle go for while in the cycle, but if beginner just do it as pct.

worth noting that hCG imrpoves chances of full reovery, and speeds it up too
