Should I use 4% hydroquinone daily + tretinoin 3 nights/week, or 4% hydroquinone only 3 nights/week + tretinoin 3 nights/week? Which regimen is more effective and safer for treating hyperpigmentation which is mild to medium while minimizing irritation?
