How to use Hydroquinone

I've been using 4% hydroquinone for 26 days and tretinoin 0.025% three nights a week. Is it better to apply moisturizer before and after hydroquinone/tretinoin (sandwich method), or only before, for the best results with minimal irritation?
26 days of following this no change using sandwich method maybe making it less effective

put hyroquinone on ur skin directly followed by tretinoin and then apply moisturizer ur on 26th day so there should be like no damage to ur skin js use a good moisturizer following this method made me white as fuck and made my skin glow like crazy
