I don’t have it diagnosed yet, but there is a chance that I might have it. Anyways, it has been destroying my life this whole year, I was super unproductive and scared etc. and my school grades went down the drain, even my looksmaxxing routine.

Then I see niggas like Terry Davis with schizophrenia who write 10k lines of codes and never stops working. There are probably many other examples.

I can’t really see that in myself. Is there really a way that I can control this and turn it in a direction that will benefit me?

Every genuine advice is appreciated as stupid as the advice may sound

Okay then I will restate my question. I get phases were I experience strong desires, a lot of emotions, I see shadows moving, I’m scared that a person broke in and is around the corner in my house, I stare at objects, I start making noises, I start to sweat, I panic

All that out of nowhere for no reasons. There are other ppl that experience similar stuff and still are productive, it breaks me but they use it as power, how?????
