How to Use Tamoxifen (General Guidelines)​

1. Breast Cancer Treatment & Prevention​

• Dosage: Usually 20 mg per day (sometimes up to 40 mg).
• Duration: Often taken for 5-10 years to prevent cancer recurrence.
• Timing: Can be taken with or without food, at the same time every day.

2. Post-Cycle Therapy (PCT) in Bodybuilding (Off-label Use)​

• Dosage:
  • 40 mg/day for 2 weeks, then
  • 20 mg/day for 2-4 more weeks
• Purpose: Helps restore natural testosterone levels after anabolic steroid use.
