how to use tret and hydroquinone

so i am brown skin but i look fair under decent lighting but in natural light i am brown and i am on the lighter side of fitzpack 5
i bought tret 0.025% and hydroquinone 4%
i dont know how to use them safely to bleach my skin
i also have kojic acid cream 2%
tell me smth like a routine of how to use them and how many days in a week i can use them
also should i pair them together in a single night or use them alternatingly throughout the week
i also have a very tanned neck so i was wondering if i could use it on my neck too as i dont want a bleached face with a dark neck

i do hope its good my skin only get irritated if i forget spf and if i just go out in the pollution and dust of delhi without any mask and moisturizer and the con is that my skin purges a lot one day i was walking unaware of that my skin was purging again and the flakes were visible and a girl was laughing on my face

just start one day tret one day hydroquinone then just do hydro in morning tret at night they are the lower strengths just watch your barrier
