What % to start with? How to use it? How often? I need answers to that questions.

Yo how to use Hydroquinone + tretStart with .025 % and use the sandwich method to apply it if you have sensitive skin ( only for 1- 2 weeks so that your skin adapts to it). Then just apply it directly to your skin and use a good moisturizer according to your skin. Start with 2x a week, then dose to alternate days after a few months.
-2x per week the first few months, then after 1 month use 3x, and at the end just do it each alternate days, pea-sized amount (.25% ).
When the first tube ends, just switch to .05%.
Make sure to use a good moisturizer and fix your skin barrier before using tret; it can dry your skin and fck your skin barrier.

You can use hydroquinone for the short-term and use tret for a long-term treatment.Yo how to use Hydroquinone + tret
Thanks GYou can use hydroquinone for the short-term and use tret for a long-term treatment.
Hydroquinone is a depigmenting and bleaching agent that inhibits an enzyme (I forgot the name ) that reduces melanin production, so it will brighten uneven skin texture, pigmentation, tan, or hyperpigmentation.
Tret is a vitamin A derivative that will help skin with aging and fine lines; if paired with hydroquinone, it can increase its effectiveness.
You can use both on alternate days, like one day tret and the other day hydroquinone.
Remember: Both of the formulas will make your skin very sensitive to the sun and can increase inflammation and fuck you skin barrier; it is recommended to use a hydrating and barrier-repair moisturizer along with a good spf 50 / 60, whatever suits you.
I recommend first getting used to tret for 2-3 months, then using hydroquinone till you get your desired effects ( mostly 4-5 months ). I'm on tret for like 10 months and am planning to use hydroquinone to fade away that uneven skin texture and post-acne marks.
