How to whiten teeth with hydrogen peroxide?

From my research I need hydrogen peroxide gel but I have it in liquid form (13%)

Apparently i can only do 1.5-2% concentration and swirl that arround in my mouth and I will see slight results after a couple weeks, sounds shit tbh.

Any other way?

Quickest way (it’s on botb) is to get 45% concentrate h202 but get a ginival barrier (or whatever tf it’s called) and apply the h202 on your teeth and wait for 45 minutes then rinse repeat for 3 times

iirc you dilute it in water, and use an ear bud to apply it on your teeth (not sure tho, cross check it since H2O2 is very corrosive, esp if concentrated)

way too dangerous if you fuck this up, OP do a smaller conc. get the technique down first then build it up but not to 45%
