Mix food grade baking soda to your toothpaste and use it. Don't do it every night tho, because it can cause yellow teeth (only if overused).
Just make sure not to mistakenly buy baking powder instead.

If want serious results, you should get in-office bleaching from a dentist; they can apply h2o2 directly to the teeth.
