How to widen clavicles?

im wondering if u only can widen ur clavicles by abusing roids, or is there some more natural way to achieve i, i dont have narrow clavicles but i would like them wider, currently 50cm at 192cm but with little waist (30cm) so it looks wider.

yes roid help, naturally is mostly cope and progress are probably just natural masculinization

if you are out of puberty there is no way to make it longer, but spamming side lat raises will make your frame appear wider.

no way its looks wide eith that height. Also clavicle is bone roid cant widen

apart from gymmaxing, which is somewhat cope, albeit you can broaden shoulders from the gym. Even using roids is hard - very hard to increase clavicle length unless you abuse hgh, igf-1lr3 etc from a young age. They will broaden, just depends on ur situation - so no, you cant REALLY lengthen them naturally tbh not to a large extent

50 whole shoulder or from clavicle to another?
 
if you’re untrained and have 50cm bidelt that’s not that bad, yeah maybe not high for your height but not bad

I’m 185cm and 53-54cm with small amount of muscle on shoulders (but mostly bone) and I look wide for my height

My advice to you: keep estrogen low but not crazy low by using AI like aromasin, take HGH or GH peptides like mk677

And take testosterone (300-500mg per week)

Don’t do any reeves deadlift it’s pure cope, but you can do dumbbell pullovers and stomach vacuums it’s not cope if you’re under 30 and can expand ribcage by stressing out your cartilage which is flexible

Build your delts it will make you look wider even if clavicles stay the same

Don’t expect clavicles to grow dramatically, but if you’re under 25, for example if you’re 20, with drugs you can keep growth plates open and boost gh, maybe you’ll get another 0.5-1cm (per clavicle)

And yeah nutrition, vitamins (d3k2), and good sleep
 
If you’re desperate and have money then just get clavicle lengthening, but important note that it’s not safe especially sliding osteotomy method, there are some doctors who do distraction method which is much better but still we have no safety data on this one.

You’ll probably lose shoulder function with this surgery so I’d avoid it you already got decent clavicles
