How to widen jaw angles without implants?

I probably have the narrowest jaw in this forum. What surgery can I get done to widen my jaw? I know about Eppley and his jaw implants as well and Dr.Y but is there other alternative, like cutting part of my jaw and use plates and screws to make it wider .
And if so what surgeon? (Nobody from Russia)

Mastic gum but the dangers are developing brixusm ngl. Bruxism widened my jaw even more though so there is that but teeth erosion is no joke so buy a mouth guard if you get it.
