How to widen/straighten ramus and increase angularity of gonions

My jaw looks like this:



And I want it to be more straight, angular and wider like this:



Which surgery would achieve that ?
Please don’t say implants. I will never get lmplants.

there is no other way from it whether you want or not. yeah you can get a ramus widening/reposition, but no one has ever seen what it looks like after surgery.

addition to it, many surgeons doesnt do that.

if you dont want jaw implants then cope with fillers like @need-a-wide-jaw
but he said that he will trade fillers for jaw implants

and this is what the one of the other surgeries is basically they break the bone and it remodels and then they keep opening

Others have already mentioned implants but masseter hypertrophy from chewing might also work
