How to widen the maxilla without surgery at 19

As you can see, my maxilla isn't developed as much as I would like it to be; it needs to come forward as it is currently flat.

Palate expander is i think only proven thing to do, there are other things like mewing, thumpuling, etc but they are not proven to work, also you're maxilla is pretty good i think

It's not like I have any recession in my midface, if I did id probably rope ngl, Palate expander might be necessary for me tho

Only fraud in this pic is probably the warm lighting to fix my complexion (taken in the summer when I was more tan) and the fact I was INCREDIBLY high, my eyes are normally wider. The angularity is all unfrauded tho. The lighting doesn't show it, but if you look closely, you can see my undereye is dark and far from ideal. probably hmtn-lhtn irl, I used to post a lot of lookism content tho so ik how to fraud even more than this.

I said I'd rope IF I was reccesed, I'm content enough with my face at the moment. My kids are gonna be chadlite and 6'5 id never rope.

Dzad just told me my midface width is already near ideal, so I don't want accidentally ogremax and ruin my appeal.
