these are the only ways but they all have draw backs

lip cutting = it can be obvious, its painful, it increases it at most by 2mm

Lip stretching splint = more efficient I believe, but its hard to obtain. It could also give smile lines

Final option = surgery

Frauding option = makeup like a dark brown pen to slihglty increase corner lengths''

yes it does, but not excruciatingly. would just be somewhat uncomfortable for a while.
