Every few weeks, I just go to the local clubs/bars in my city and I just walk in around the early evening saying I lost my jacket there the night before. They don't even ask me what brand I had, they just have a huge stash of jackets there that got left behind since so many people lose them they give up.

Worth a try, I got like 2 new jackets from it.

Not a good idea. If they find out ppl you took them from could beat you up or file an arrest. Id do it like every few weeks cause bartenders might remember you and go like "Hey didnt he pick up his lost jacket last week?"
