Being strong is easiest way to earn respect and social status.

I also got bunch of IOIs and asked out because I was beating everyone in the bar with ease and mogging them to death as well

I'm a strong guy but not exceptionally strong in terms of gym lifts like bench, squat and deadlifts. However, I am very strong in armwrestling because I've trained for it for years and I can go through everybody, who doesn't specifically compete, as easily as a feather, Even guys much bigger than me.

I enjoy feeling stronger and kind of "superior" towards other males. Imagine mogging them to death and making this face when they are flexing their ass off

It gives me great amount of satisfaction and makes people be vary of me because of my "strength".

What's you guys opinion about Armwrestling as a sport? do you enjoy it?

It doesn't matter. I have like 18.5 cm hands and 16.5 cm wrist. As long as u train side pressure, cupping, pronation you'll beat 99% of people who dont

yes but mainly strength in that specific movement matters. Just keep ur hand as close to your shoulder as possible and try to climb over their hand, if you cant do that go sideways fast and cup ur wrist.

good thread bhai.
personally i’m not really into armwrestling myself, but i do enjoy watching it professionally.
i’ve always wondered how these pros actually train. Is it like other sports where you’ve got structured routines and coaches?
seems really interesting, i might start getting into it if i ever find the time.

I'm curious what made u wanna pursue arm wrestling, as you mentioned u trained for it, and also how long have u been training for it. Did you officially compete in competitions, or just for the fun of it training at ur house?

Also do tag me if you plan on making a thread

U shouldn’t learn kings move only year after armwrestling. That technique is really damaging and usually only work’s if you have insane tendons after lot of years of training
