how to work on abs and chest?

Hanging leg raises, ab rolling, planks are good starts for abs. Dips can work your chest well depending on hand placement. Bench press was always subpar to me for chest hypertrophy, but you can try dumbbell bench press. If you're not going to a gym, you can do push ups I suppose. It's been a while since I've been to a gym so I am definitely forgetting a bunch of stuff.
