How to examine my growth plates?

Don't want to tell the doctor directly, he gonna think "this manlet oldcel won't grow anymore jfl"

I think I went from roughly 5'9" to almost 5'10", been measuring myself daily since 23/06/2023.

Will be 18 in 1 month.
