Trying to quit porn by following regular nofap advice may work for you, if you are just a regular coomer. But not if your addiction is extreme.
What is an extreme addiction?
-You masturbate everyday, often more than once,
-You have developed increasingly specific fetishes and vanilla stuff doesn't do it for you anymore.
-You keep multiple tabs of content open when you watch porn and switch around continuously.
-You keep edging, as in, you won't let yourself cum immediately, as soon as you feel like you are about to cum you slow down / stop and then continue, making the sessions very long, taking over an hour, sometimes hours.
If you relate to these habits, I'm sorry, but you're a giga coomer. If that's the case, your dopamine system is too far gone. Trying nofap feels like an impossible task, you relapse in a few days to extreme fetish porn and you spend hours at it. Been there, done that. Then you get the post nut depression / clarity. 1. Choose one title and just watch that, don't keep more than one tab open.
2. Watch vanilla stuff, or the closest thing to vanilla that can get you going.
3. Cum as soon as you first feel it coming, don't edge.
