thin skin isn't ideal or healthy. if ur bones aren't popping out, then its a bone issue.
my bones are but i still look fat and bloatet

cardio, avoid sugar and drink much water like 3L-4L in a day, cardio burns your fat, and avoiding sugar and drinking water reduces fluid retention.:feelshah:
