Genuinely, when I talk to people, I can hold a conversation for like a minute, and then I have nothing to say. It's also way worse because I live in a country where most people are abnormally funny and outgoing compared to most places; I see junkies on the high street having longer, more meaningful conversations with each other than I have with people I've known my entire life. People just seem instantly hostile to me the second I try to talk to them. I'm a bit ugly but definitely not to the point where it should make normal social interactions impossible.

I've done alcohol, weed and cocaine. Alcohol makes me lower inhib but I still have nothing to talk about, so I'm still quiet. Weed makes me too introspective to have a jovial conversation with someone, and cocaine just makes me way too awake and kind of does the exact opposite of lowering inhib.

In terms of impact on my life, definitely, but in the eyes of an examining doctor, definitely not. I can talk to people in those kinds of environments perfectly fine because there is a specific topic at hand to be discussed. Because of that, it wouldn't look serious from their perspective, and I likely wouldn't get a prescription. It's also super hard to get prescription drugs without an actual valid reason where I live; it's not like the US where doctors are activly trying to get you to do drugs.
