How u could possibly do upper masster botox only

I searched on here but couldn't find that much about it and injectors would never do it

If u do botox in the lower part of the masseter u will fuck ur lower third

NO injector does it since the botox will "spread to the risorius and the zygomaticus muscle" and u wont be able to smile and other expressions



Botox spreads around 1cm but it depends on how much volume and concentration there is the standard i think is 3ml saline or 2.5ml for 100iu

so what u could possibly do is only put 1ml of saline and find the 2 muscles and inject about 1cm away from them and when injecting angle it down


I haven't tried this my self yet in the future i will
