No, Eren Peraspecializes in Bimax. I would avoid going to guys like Burak for jaw surgery. Pera has a procedure first, and orthodontics is the approach after. For instance, say you go in for a bimaxillary advancement; he will most likely prescribe Invisalign for you after the fact. Kind of the opposite of how things are done here in the states. Also be careful with how far you advance the maxilla, as you heighten your risk for nerve damage or numbness.

i already have 1 surgeon in mind that i will contact soon once i get some more money. italians are good no doubt about it, but they're expensive

now it all depends on how my occlusal plane looks like etc, because i've been suggested multiple times to get CCWr

so maybe If i do get lefort, i'll just ask for minimal 'linear' advancement, and get more ccwR instead, as a trade-off for a slightly wider alar base, shorter midface what do you think? Even though my gonial angle is like 118-120 degrees
