How visibly lean do I need to get to see facial results?

I basically did every softmax in the book except skin care

But my lazy ass did not do the most basic one which is leaning down very ironic since it's the thing I recommend the most for others lmao, still got rated high mtn to low htn a few times so I have hope

So I'm gonna try and make an effort this month, should I just cut down until my abs are visible

Also what should I do to gain muscles in the mean time

Minox, eyebrow and lash dye, basic grooming, hydrocortisone to slim the nose and I guess some skin care but my skin is already good so it's not necessary

It did make some changes I can send before and after pics if you want,also got more complements, but I feel as tho I'm still truly a MTN cause I'm too bloated and my facial structure isn't visible

I know some people have side effects but I personally didn't have any, it really shrunk down my nose and I had no side effects

It's like applying sun screen, I'll send you
