And now I am like mtn-htn. Which is a pity. I was chadlite almost chad in my peak. Idk what changed. Must be bloat and leanness. I was like 10 to 11bf here. Very lean. It was easy back then to get that lean becuase i had a job where I was burning lots of cals and i didn tbave much time toe at so i only gymmed and shii @fashioncel @Funnyunenjoyer1 @joan @anxiety
