Dr. Safi’s results for anticel. I have a consultation with him in August

He was actually formerly a senior surgeon for Sailer. Basically Sailer results for a fraction of the price.
Oh, I never knew that. I need to look into this. Why choose him over the Italians in your case ?

The entire website is in German (?), but their Instagram @craniologicum responds to DM’s in English.

Personally, I choose him over the Italians since he does extremely large movements (30mm+ for anticel) for prices starting at $25,000, which would be a lot more expensive elsewhere.

30mm on bimax alone or with genio

I’ve seen Sailer transform people from subhuman to chadlite, but his prices are much higher though. I’ve heard you need to be loaded to go there. Does Dr Safi have a good track record as well?

With Genio, but to correct myself it was just below 30mm for both BiMax and genio combined, including a 13 degree CCW

how recessed are you and how much mm you think you will need

Safi’s clinic is relatively new, but I’d trust him as he worked as a top surgeon for Sailer for a few years. Sailer can transform subhumans into attractive because he performs multiple operations at once on top of his large BiMax advancements.

Sailers approach seems the most ideal for me and my overall goals. I’m guessing Safi doesn’t perform multiple operations at once ? What’s the cost for Safi and Sailer ?

I had a ~7mm deep bite prior to braces due to bruxism as a child (which also gives me a sub-100 gonial angle), so I’m quite recessed. I’d like to get as much movement as possible to stretch my hyoid and the loose skin around my mandible, whilst also correcting my sleep apnea and postural issues.

good luck with your consult. It does seem especially important in your case to get a huge movement

Safi installed midface implants for anticel’s case; he paid ~35k for both BiMax and the implants. Sailer is extremely expensive, I believe the total cost for all his services is around $100,000.

6 figures wtf?? Is he regarded as the best in the world ? 35k for both of the procedures doesn’t seem bad as it’s Switzerland after all.

Yes, he is regarded as one of the best in the world.

I agree, it’s a great price considering how large the advancement is as well.

But you have to consider that not everyone need 3cm advacments and there a a lot of other surgeons that give you that anteface look with more experience for the same price such a raffaini

tbh I think any surgeon that has passed their residencies can do this. It's just double jaw surgery but more of it. like if a carpenter can hammer a 2ft plank into a 2ft plank they can hammer a 4ft plank into a 4ft plank with no added difficulty. its just that many maxfacs arent willing and when faced with someone wanting to do 2-3cm they instinctively balk since all they usually care about is functional issues solving which is typically a handful of mm
