I really wanna know if any of you had growth spurt from 15 to 20 years old.
The question I am going to ask are:
1.where did you have pains ?(knee,etc)
2.how much have you grown ?
3.and how much did you eat in a day while you had your growth spurt ?

2 10cm from 15 to now ( 16 ) 5'8-6'2
3 1800 - 2500 cal per day ( maintnance or lower, rarely in surplus ), shitty diet so not much prot or nutrients

13-15 crazy growth spurt. Then 15+ didn’t grow a single cm

i slept a lot when i was a kid, my dad wouldnt let me be awake after 20:00 or 21:00, but now im allowed to sleep when i want as long as its not past 23:00 except holydays

when i was 14-14.5 had craziest spurt of my life, i was 5'5 at 14 or late 13 and then over span of a year i grew to 5'10, i wud eat a lot and shi but didnt gain weight czu i was active asf, always felt pain in knees only nowhere else, now at 15.2 im in another spurt i grew 1-1.5 inch in 2-3 weeks and felt pain in knees and ate 3200 kcals (2800 is maintanence for me) hopefully i push to 6 or 6;1 by end of this year. also in spurts i would sleep 10-12 hours

nope, mine was from like 12 to 16 mostly.

yes, i had. Mostly the calaves actually

2.how much have you grown ?

i dunno what I was at 12. but at 16yo I was around 6'2" and still am now

3.and how much did you eat in a day while you had your growth spurt ?

i don;t recall, but my diet was back than pretty shit. The homecooked dinner meal, and breakfast was decent. In between that, iw was only eating candy, snacks, and stiff like that
