I’ve been steadily growing since middle school and never had a large growth spurt/spurts. I’m currently around 191cm (6’3.) Since I have been growing an inch every year, I decided to go check with my doctor to get a referral to see if my plates were still open since I had planned to hardmaxx once I got the money and you need to have closed plates for that.

I went in and got the scan, and the doctor confirmed that my growth plates were open and told me that I have an estimated 3 - 4 years left.

It’s never over, I was also informed I’m going to/am experiencing a late pubertal growth spurt which means my bones are still developing both in my height and face which means I most likely will not need to hardmaxx as I’m only a few mm off my initial goal for hardmaxxing. I will use the years I have to make sure I get the most out of my late spurt.
