There’s nothing you can really do to surgerymaxx your eyes except to go to Eppley for a brow implant which is risky and will look plastic 99% of the time

most people on here disagree but i believe nose is overplayed and is worth ignoring, while lowerthird can 99% of the time be fixed by eating less. eye area is what really matters in making you look good vs bad, take a look at f1 driver george russell for example. has excellent lower third but still looks weird due to eyes. wait with any surgery until your bones are visible

Eye shape and pfl is mostly due to the relationship between the eyes and soft tissue. The orbitals just give the eye a well protected look which looks good on males. You can have a good eye area with mediocre orbital bones because shape is fundamentally what makes an eye area attractive
