How well does Topical finasteride work?

Is topical better than oral? Should I use ru58841 at some point as well? My plan is to use topical finasteride everyday. What are you thoughts on the hair loss battle?

topical fin will also go systemic if thats what your scared about. Hair loss is a long term battle anyway, much more convenient to take a pill which will most likely have the same effect.

I don't mind applying it at night everyday and topical is rarely causing sexual problems

Topical absolutely does go systemic. I used it (1mg/1ml) daily for 2 weeks and my libido was almost completely gone. I used to watch porn every day and often edge for 3-5+ hours before NoFap so it's a noticeable difference. Also my nipples felt slightly weird at times like the start of gyno.

I will try to microdose it after I feel normal again but I fear even using it twice a week will still give me side-effects as it builds up in your body and it can take weeks/months for DHT levels to fully return to baseline. If that fails I'm done giving a fuck about my hair until new treatments without tons of side effects come out.
